MAL in the New Year!

Hello friends!
You may have noticed that we started off the New Year with a new look! Our website has gotten a fresh start, too! We think it's much easier to navigate, and we hope you feel the same.
A couple of things that we'd like to bring your attention to:
Our catalog is now searchable!
The 'Projects' page houses information about all of our past residents, in chronological order
The 'Community' page has information about everything from our volunteers & docents to student projects in the lab
Thanks to the team at Channel Studio for the look & the site - and to all of our team here at the lab - we couldn't have gotten here without you!

We are hosting a virtual tour!
We'll be hosting a Zoom-based tour of the lab on January 21 at 5 PM MST.
The tour will include demonstrations of the collection, a look at the space, and plenty of space for questions about the lab and what we do!
To sign up, visit our event page here: tinyurl.com/mal-tour

Connecting at a distance...
If you're not able to join us for the tour, we're still doing our best to connect at a distance. We're active on both Twitter and Instagram - we share regular updates about work in the lab & new additions to the collection. We've also recently published two video explorations of the collection on Vimeo - one on our ongoing exploration of radio transmission and one on the collection more generally.
We are also able to organize smaller virtual tours and class visits for courses both at the University of Colorado and elsewhere - if this is something that fits into your upcoming classes, please reach out and we will see what we can do!
We look forward to a time where we can have lots of people in the lab again, but in the meanwhile, stay safe & we'll do our best to keep you up-to-date!
Cheers!
